• Motorist assistance, 2:27 a.m., Evergreen Road and Fern Road, provided gas and a jump-start for a couple and followed them to their Philomath residence.

• Multiple charges, 10:30 p.m., South Eighth Street and Main Street. Deputies issued criminal citations to Sarah Jane Herman, 26, of Long Beach, Washington, for providing false information to a police officer, failure to carry and present a valid driver’s license and on a warrant issued out of Clatsop County.
SATURDAY, DEC. 5
• DUII, 11:05 p.m., Applegate Street and 17th Street. Dale Damewood, 32, of Corvallis, was pulled over for careless driving, speeding, defective lighting and failure to signal a turn. Deputies later arrested Damewood on a charge of driving under the influence after deputies determined he was impaired and unable to operate a vehicle safely. Deputies said Damewood refused to provide a breath test. He was cited and released to a sober person from the Philomath Police Department.
WEDNESDAY, DEC. 9
• Missing person, 6:30 p.m., rural Benton County. BCSO responded to a report of a man who went missing while picking mushrooms somewhere between Alpine and Alsea. The man was located on the side of South Fork Road at about 7:30 p.m.
• Warrant arrest, 11:23 p.m., North Ninth Street and College Street. Deputies arrested Justin Ray Gomez, 28, city of residence not reported, on an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant.
