• BCSO: Warrant arrest, 11:35 a.m., Highway 20 near milepost 42; deputies arrested a 40-year-old Philomath man on a warrant issued out of Deschutes County; the man was also cited for speeding and driving while suspended and released.

• PPD: Fraud/ID theft (reported), 12:28 p.m., 1800 block of Main Street; assisting other agency with an investigation involving fraudulent use of a credit card and identity theft.

• PPD: Death investigation, 3:05 a.m., 3000 block of Applegate Street.

• PPD: Criminal mischief, 5:20 p.m., Philomath High School; police responded to a report of a large rock that had been thrown through a maintenance building window; police found no signs of access into the building; the damage was estimated at $500.

• PPD: Assault, 11:46 a.m., 300 block of North 18th Street; police arrested Louis Onorato, 57, of Philomath, on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault following an alleged incident with another person in a pickup; Onorato was later booked on a misdemeanor charge of harassment.

• PPD: Runaways, 5:32 p.m., 2100 block of Main Street; police responded to a report of two runaway juveniles; the children were found about an hour later at a local school.

• BCSO: Crash, 6:48 p.m., Southwest Reservoir Road; deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash of a vehicle that hit a deer on Southwest Reservoir Road about a quarter-mile wet of West Hills Road; no injuries to the driver or passenger were reported; the deer was killed.

• PPD: Fraud (reported), 4:37 p.m., 2500 block of Newton Street; police took a report from a woman who applied for a job through Indeed.com and provided personal information only to later discover it was a fraudulent job posting.
