The Philomath Inclusivity Ad Hoc Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Philomath City Hall.
The committee’s main business item is end-of-the-year planning. According to the agenda and meeting materials, members will review the committee’s planning calendar and check in with each other on what content and projects they would like to complete before the end of 2026.
The committee is also expected to identify goals that have not yet been met and discuss how to accomplish them by year’s end.
In addition, members plan to brainstorm goals for 2027 based on the current version of the city’s strategic plan and on topics raised in previous group discussions.
The committee describes its sessions as informal and invites anyone who attends to take a seat and join the conversation.
The meeting will also be live-streamed on the city’s YouTube channel.
