The Philomath Inclusivity Ad Hoc Committee plans to meet at 6 p.m. Monday for its first meeting of the year.
Among the agenda items for the committee is to identify short, medium and long-term goals and to discuss speaker series details.
The committee will look at making a decision on what to call themselves, finalize draft public member application materials, and discuss return gifts for the Siletz and Grand Ronde tribes, which donated flags to the city late last year.
The selection of a committee chair also appears on the agenda, although members have the option of waiting until they fill out the group with public committee members.
Mayor Chas Jones and councilors Jessica Andrade and Teresa Nielson are city representatives on the committee.
