The Philomath Inclusivity Committee plans to meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Philomath City Hall for an agenda that includes finalizing the group’s handbook, a process that got started in September.
The committee will also discuss community agreements that guide how members engage with one another during meetings and events.
Looking ahead, the committee will spend time planning for 2026, with discussions on goals, community engagement strategies and how to structure its calendar of cultural recognition events going forward.
According to the agenda, the committee will begin by approving minutes from the Sept. 23 meeting before moving into updates and announcements. Those include reports on farmers’ market appearances and senior event activities.
The meeting is open to the public both in person and online through the city’s YouTube channel. Those wishing to speak must register by 4 p.m. Tuesday by contacting City Hall at 541-929-6148 or cityhall@philomathoregon.gov.
The meeting will be the committee’s last for the year with the next one set for Jan. 27.
