Republic Services will provide curbside pickup of Christmas trees at no extra charge to customers on the next three regular service days — Dec. 31, Jan. 7 and Jan. 14, the city of Philomath announced.
Customers are not required to call Republic Services to arrange for a Christmas tree to be picked up. Workers will take any curbside trees along garbage collection routes.
The trees must be bare with no ornaments or lights and be “unflocked” (no artificial snow, adhesives, etc.).
