The Philomath City Council plans to meet on Monday virtually with a work session at 5:30 p.m. followed by the regular meeting at 7 p.m.
The regular meeting will include four public hearings on the topics of state revenue sharing proposed uses, code amendments related to recreational vehicle parks, code amendments related to building material standards and on a proposed transient lodging tax.
The council will discuss the formation of a Streetscape Design Review Ad Hoc Committee and consider a North 11th Street local improvement district. System development charge methodologies for water, sewer, street and park are also on the agenda.
The council will vote on a consent agenda that includes liquor license renewals and setting a public hearing for an alley vacation.
The work session will be focused on the city’s strategic plan.
