The Philomath Fire and Rescue board of directors will meet in regular session at 3 p.m. Monday at Station 201 on Main Street.
According to the meeting agenda, the board will get an update on the chief’s 360 survey from office administrator Ashley Scott. A 360 survey is a performance review that gathers feedback from people at several levels of an organization. Board member Rick Brand will also give a district liaison report.
Chief Chancy Ferguson, Operations Chief Dan Eddy and Scott are each scheduled to give staff reports. Representative reports from the volunteer association, firefighters union and city council liaison to the board are also on the agenda.
