FRIDAY, APRIL 5

• 8:53 a.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to the 23000 block of Hoskins Road on a mutual aid call.

• 2:04 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash at Philomath Boulevard and Southwest Country Club Drive in Corvallis involving a beer truck and a minivan. The driver of the minivan had minor injuries but there was no medical transportation needed. See separate story.

• 2:44 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash at Main Street and 14th Street involving a vehicle that rear-ended another vehicle at the crosswalk. No pedestrians were involved in the crash. A passenger in the vehicle that was hit complained of a headache but there was no medical transportation needed.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 6:53 a.m. (Powder House Road), 1:17 p.m. (Stovall Lane) and 1:44 p.m. (North 12th Street).

SATURDAY, APRIL 6

• No calls of public significance reported.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call at 3:49 a.m. (North 16th Lane).

SUNDAY, APRIL 7

• 7:48 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a possible structure fire at a residence in the 6000 block of Airport Avenue. Firefighters reported no fire with the cause of the issue involving a steam generator in a bathroom that had malfunctioned.

• 9:16 a.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash on Highway 34 about 8 miles southwest of Philomath involving a vehicle that went off the road and down an embankment in the curves. The driver, who was able to exit the vehicle, suffered minor injuries and no medical transportation was needed

MONDAY, APRIL 8

Calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call at 9:22 p.m. (Rosecrest Drive).

TUESDAY, APRIL 9

• 9:28 a.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to Southwest 53rd Street and Technology Loop in Corvallis on a mutual aid call.

• 12:22 p.m. — Emergency medical services were dispatched to Summit Highway about 2-1/2 miles north of the Highway 20 intersection on a mutual aid call.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 2:56 a.m. (Highway 34), 8:19 a.m. (Peterson Road) and 12:18 p.m. (North 12th Street).

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10

• 8:08 a.m. — Firefighters responded to an alarm in the 200 block of South 16th Street.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 8:24 a.m. (Benton View Drive), 2:06 p.m. (Rosecrest Drive), 2:30 p.m. (Neabeack Hill Drive) and 11:37 p.m. (Rosecrest Drive).

THURSDAY, APRIL 11

• 8:09 a.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to Southwest 53rd Street and Southwest Philomath Boulevard in Corvallis on a mutual aid call.

• 5:47 p.m. — Firefighters completed a smoke investigation in the 200 block of South 15th Street.
