FRIDAY, JUNE 27
• 2:15 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 34 about 9 miles southwest of Philomath involving a Subaru Crosstrek that had gone off the road and down a ravine. After self-extrication assistance from the crew, the driver was transported via Corvallis Fire ambulance to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 10:38 a.m. (McCall Way), 5:33 p.m. (Rosecrest Drive), 5:36 p.m. (Blair Road), 5:52 p.m. (North 19th Street) and 8:32 p.m. (Peterson Road).
SATURDAY, JUNE 28
• 11:49 a.m. and 1:46 p.m. — While on standby at the Inavale Horse Trials, emergency medical services personnel assisted with incidents and injured individuals were transported via Corvallis Fire ambulance to Good Samaritan Regional Medial Center.

SUNDAY, JUNE 29
• 1:14 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash on Applegate Street just west of South 11th Street involving a vehicle that hit an unoccupied parked vehicle. The driver reportedly had no injuries. A crew cleaned up coolant that had leaked onto the roadway.

MONDAY, JUNE 30
• 6:45 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a small fire near Main Street and North 13th Street. Upon arrival, the crew found five small smoldering spots in bark dust, which were extinguished.
