SATURDAY, NOV. 1
• 4:13 a.m. — Emergency medical services personnel responded to a single-vehicle crash with possible injuries in the 30000 block of Bellfountain Road. The crew performed medical assessments on all occupants of the vehicle. The Benton County Sheriff’s Office and Philomath Police Department also responded to the scene.

SUNDAY, NOV. 2
• 4:15 p.m. — Firefighters responded to the activation of a fire alarm in the 2000 block of Applegate Street.

MONDAY, NOV. 3
• 7:16 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a request to go on standby at the Benton County Fairgrounds for the Corvallis Fire Department. While en route, the crew was diverted to an emergency medical services call in the 4300 block of Southwest Agate Avenue, Corvallis.

TUESDAY, NOV. 4

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 5
• 12:18 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a mutual aid request of Pacific West Ambulance on Highway 20 about 2 miles west of Burnt Woods. Upon arrival, the crew found someone waiting for a tow truck with no medical assistance needed.
THURSDAY, NOV. 6
• 12:18 p.m. — Firefighters performed a smoke investigation at Highway 20 and Priest Road. Upon arrival, it was determined to be a permitted controlled burn.
• 2:46 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a request for mutual aid at the scene of a structure fire in the 2700 block of Northwest Greeley Avenue in Corvallis. While en route, the crew was diverted to an emergency medical services all on West Hills Road.
