FRIDAY, SEPT. 20

• No calls of public significance reported.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 2:02 a.m. (Rosecrest Drive), 8:50 a.m. (Main Street) and 5:12 p.m. (North 10th Street).

SATURDAY, SEPT. 21

• 9:18 a.m. — Emergency medical services personnel responded to a single-vehicle crash at Chapel Road and Bellfountain Road. The driver, a 29-year-old Brownsville woman, and two juveniles were transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis for medical evaluation. The fire department’s response included an engine company of three and an incident commander.

• 6:30 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to what was reported as a residential structure fire in the 5000 block of Southwest Windflower Drive in Corvallis. The Philomath unit, which included an engine company of three and a duty officer, were released without engagement.

• 10:43 p.m. — Firefighters went on standby at the Benton County Fairgrounds as backup for the Corvallis Fire Department.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 24

• 6:40 a.m. — Firefighters went on standby at the Benton County Fairgrounds as backup for the Corvallis Fire Department.
