• 9:08 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a fire on a mutual aid call to Safeway on Southwest Philomath Boulevard in Corvallis. The response was canceled en route.
• 5:58 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to an all-terrain vehicle crash in the 35000 block of Kings Valley Highway. One person was reportedly injured and transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Corvallis.

Philomath Police took a 42-year-old Philomath man into custody on a mental hold.
