Philomath Fire and Rescue’s board of directors plans to meet at 3 p.m. Monday at Station 201 for an agenda that includes discussion of putting together a master plan community survey.
New business at the Sept. 9 meeting includes an organization chart discussion, scheduling of an appreciation dinner and rescheduling the November meeting. A policy update discussion with Fire Chief Chancy Ferguson is also on the agenda.
Time is also provided for reports from the fire chief, deputy fire chief, office administrator, volunteer association, firefighter union and city liaison, who plans to cover topics related to North 12th Street properties and fire hydrant testing.
