The Philomath School Board plans to meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Philomath High School’s Community Conference Room for an agenda that includes reviews of the school district’s financial audit, Kings Valley Charter School’s annual report and Philomath Elementary’s instructional materials in math.
Discussion items on the agenda include updates on Clemens Community Pool and the school district’s strategic plan, plus a look at the budget preparation calendar. The board will go through a second reading on various policy updates and may vote on the approval of the district’s alternative education program.
The meeting will also include several reports, including those from the superintendent, business manager and professional association representatives.
Citizens can address the board during a public comment period that occurs near the beginning of the meeting.
The PHS community conference room is located to the right inside the high school’s front entrance. Meetings are also streamed on the school district’s YouTube channel.
