The Philomath School Board plans to meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in Philomath High School’s Community Conference Room for its regular monthly meeting with an agenda that includes discussions on facilities, safety and 19th Street construction.
Also on the agenda for the April 10 meeting, the board will discuss student representation on the board, interdistrict transfers, a softball field naming committee and a handful of policy updates.
Time is set aside to hear reports from the school superintendent, business manager, student government and the education associations. Reports on facilities, student services and technology are also scheduled.
Prior to the regular meeting, there will be an executive session to begin at 6 p.m. as allowed by state statute. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
The Community Conference Room is located to the right inside the high school’s front entrance. Meetings are also streamed on the school district’s YouTube channel.
