This Creative Experience will provide you with: prompts for breathwork, ideas for your affirmation cards, knowledge on affirmations and the creative process, guided prompts for thought during and after the event, community, and your very own, hand-made affirmation deck.

• Learn how creativity is not about the final product (and definitely not about being “good” at it) but rather about the process that your mind engages in
• Learn about how affirmations can help challenge your negative and limiting beliefs about yourself and what you are capable of
