Call for Volunteers at the Cemetery Volunteer days are generally every second Saturday, April through October, 9:00 am to noon. The Public Safety Chili Cookoff is scheduled for 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, at the rodeo grounds in the Yew Wood Corral. Proceeds benefit the 4Spirits Distillery Veteran Scholarship Fund, Philomath Police Foundation and the Benton County Sheriff's Foundation.
