Hugh F. Jeffrey Jr., 99, died Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the Lebanon Oregon Veterans’ Home.
Mr. Jeffrey served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II, attended Oregon State University and went on to become the director of business affairs at OSU, retiring in 1985 after 35 years on the Corvallis campus.
