Philomath High’s Class of 2026 strolled through the school district’s three lower-grade campuses on Friday morning during the annual Parade of Graduates.
The class, which features 122 candidates for diplomas, started at the high school and walked down Applegate Street to the elementary school, backtracked to South 19th and headed south to the primary school and then finished by passing by the back end of the middle school.

The class will participate in the school’s graduation ceremony at 11 a.m. Saturday at Clemens Field.
The morning started with the traditional senior breakfast and, following the grad walk, the students participated in a graduation rehearsal.
Graduates Laney Thomas, Leo Pausch, Lucie Oster and Abby Harwood are scheduled to give speeches, along with Principal Mark Henderson. Philomath High’s band will provide the musical backdrop. School Board members and a handful of special guests will hand out diplomas.
