The Philomath Planning Commission plans to meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall with an agenda that features the next steps involved with the group’s updates related to city development code.
The process of updating development code dates back to April. Commissioners are expected to take a look at proposed code’s layout, application types and review procedures at Tuesday’s meeting.
Also at the meeting, the commission will elect a chair and vice chair for 2024. In addition, the meeting agenda includes time for announcements and staff updates.
For those not attending in person at City Hall, the meeting is scheduled to be livestreamed on the city’s YouTube channel.
