Citizens Bank and Citizens Bancorp announced the appointment of Dayton resident Linda Navarro to its board of directors, the company announced Tuesday.
“We are thrilled to have Linda join our board of directors,” Eric Thompson, board chair, said through a news release. “Her leadership and commitment to community banking here in Oregon and nationally brings a valuable perspective to our organization.”
Navarro has nearly 30 years of experience advocating for the value of the banking industry in providing service to the diverse needs of individuals and businesses in Oregon communities. She recently retired from the Oregon Bankers Association after 28 years of service, including 19 years as the president and chief executive officer.
