A. J. Modisette, 70, of Sweet Home, and former longtime Philomath School District employee, passed away July 23, 2023.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 9 at Crowfoot Baptist Church, 699 Cascade Drive, Lebanon. 

The family is asking everyone to write their favorite memory of A.J. on how he touched or inspired their life. The memories will be put into a book for his grandkids and great grandkids.

Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
