MONDAY, JAN. 27
• 9:30 a.m. — BCSO responded to a two-vehicle crash on Columbine Drive at Finch Lane. According to a report, one driver had a cut but declined a medical evaluation from medics. Both vehicles sustained front-end damage.
THURSDAY, JAN. 30
• 7:55 a.m. — BCSO responded to a one-vehicle crash on Bellfountain Road just north of Llewellyn Road involving a 50-year-old Philomath man who lost control of a 1998 Toyota Tacoma while negotiating a curve in slick road conditions and went into a ditch. The man with the assistance of a friend was able to recover the pickup, which had minimal damage, and drive away from the scene.
SUNDAY, FEB. 2
• 12:18 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 60-year-old Albany man at Ellmaker State Wayside along Highway 20 on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. The man was issued a criminal citation in lieu of custody.
• 7:07 a.m. — BCSO responded to a crash on Llewellyn Road involving a utility trailer that had flipped over. The driver, a 67-year-old Philomath man, told BCSO that he likely failed to secure the hitch to the ball on his vehicle. With the help of a friend, the trailer was flipped back over.
