SATURDAY, JAN. 10

• 12:32 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 38-year-old Corvallis woman on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal trespass. The deputy had been patrolling in the Philomath area and spotted the woman allegedly stealing decorative rocks and collecting agates at Seventh and Main streets. The woman admitted she had been to a location where she had previously been trespassed and the arrest followed. She was cited in lieu of custody.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 14

• 7:58 a.m. — BCSO responded to a one-vehicle crash on Southwest Plymouth Drive east of Bellfountain Road involving a Chrysler PT Cruiser that had gone into a ditch on the north side of the roadway. A report on the incident shows that a 33-year-old Corvallis woman was headed west on Plymouth Drive when she encountered icy conditions while negotiating a curve. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was pulled back onto the road by a tow truck.

• 8:36 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 21-year-old Salem man in Blodgett on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended and violating a Marion County release agreement. The deputy had received a report from a resident that a suspicious vehicle appeared to be trespassing at Blodgett Elementary School.
