TUESDAY, MAY 19
• 7:28 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 42-year-old Newport man on charges of misdemeanor driving while suspended and a failure-to-appear warrant from Albany Municipal Court following a traffic stop on Highway 20 near Kings Valley Highway. The man was cited and released.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 20
• 9:26 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 53-year-old Alsea woman on a Philomath Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor suspended driving charge following a traffic stop on Highway 34 roughly 7 miles south of the Highway 20 intersection. The woman was cited and released.
THURSDAY, MAY 21
• 10:50 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 31-year-old Portland man on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended following a traffic stop on Highway 20 near Shrike Way in Philomath. The man was transported to Benton County Jail and his vehicle was towed.
