THURSDAY, JULY 3

• 2:56 p.m. — BCSO responded to a report of a stolen 2018 Toyota Tundra from a Fern Road address south of Philomath. The vehicle was entered into the statewide Law Enforcement Data System and the pickup was later recovered by deputies. A firearm and sports equipment were reported as property that had been in the stolen vehicle.

FRIDAY, JULY 11

• 6:34 p.m. — BCSO reported that he had located a stolen travel trailer belonging to a 35-year-old Veneta man near the intersection of Fern Road and Airport Avenue.  A report on the incident indicated that law enforcement was unable to establish probable cause against the person in possession of the trailer. The travel trailer was towed from the scene.

SATURDAY, JULY 12

• 11:23 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 37-year-old Bend woman on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving during a traffic stop on Highway 20 and Woods Creek Road. The vehicle, an Acura MDX, had been stopped for driving with no headlights. During the arrest, the driver invoked Miranda rights and a blood alcohol test was performed under a search warrant.

SUNDAY, JULY 13

• 12:46 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 50-year-old Philomath man on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving during a traffic stop on North 10th Street near Main Street. The driver was transported to the Philomath Police Department for a breath test, which showed a blood alcohol content of 0.10%.

MONDAY, JULY 14

• 6:37 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 31-year-old Alsea woman on a warrant out of Albany Municipal Court for failure to appear in court on an ordinance violation during a traffic stop on Highway 34 about 6 miles southwest of Philomath. The driver was also cited for driving while suspended.

SATURDAY, JULY 19

• 12:57 p.m. — BCSO responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on Harris Road involving a 23-year-old Lebanon man who was driving a Toyota Highlander. The investigation determined that the man was headed east on Harris Road when he swerved to avoid hitting a deer. The driver reportedly sustained minor injuries and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

SUNDAY, JULY 20

• 6:37 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 56-year-old Philomath man on a warrant for failure to appear in court during a traffic stop on Highway 20 near the intersection with Kings Valley Highway. The man, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was issued a criminal citation in lieu of custody.
