TUESDAY, OCT. 15

• 11:08 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 52-year-old Diamond Bar, California, woman on misdemeanor charges of practicing massage without a license and prostitution from a case that occurred in mid-October at a location on Main Street. The woman was issued a citation in lieu of custody.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 20

• BCSO responded to a report from a 69-year-old Philomath resident that someone had cut a 30-foot Noble fir tree at his residence along Highway 34 on the evening of Nov. 18. The victim said the unknown person cut the top 12 feet off and left the remainder. He had planted the tree 25 years ago and valued its replacement value at $500.

TUESDAY, NOV. 26

• 6:29 p.m. — BCSO responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash near Fern Road and Powderhouse Road. The driver, a 43-year-old Corvallis man, suspected minor injuries but declined medical transport and was going to seek treatment on his own after arranging for a tow truck.

• 11:41 p.m. — BCSO while driving through Beazell Memorial Forest off Kings Valley Highway discovered a large freezer that had been dumped on the ground in a driveway between the park’s parking areas. The freezer was full of rotting food, which had spilled out onto the ground. The information was forwarded to Benton County Public Works.

FRIDAY, NOV. 29

• 2:44 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 64-year-old Monmouth man and a 54-year-old Philomath woman on outstanding warrants during a traffic stop at South 13th Street and Applegate Street.

MONDAY, DEC. 2

• 9:43 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 50-year-old Toledo woman on a probation violation warrant out of Lebanon Municipal Court during a traffic stop on Highway 20 about 1 mile west of Burnt Woods.
