TUESDAY, APRIL 2
• 12:10 a.m. — Deputies arrested a 33-year-old Philomath man on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol .08 through .14) and reckless driving during a traffic stop on West Hills Road near Rosecrest Drive.
SUNDAY, APRIL 7
• 9:15 a.m. — Deputies responded to a crash on Highway 34 about 8 miles southwest of Philomath involving a Toyota Tacoma driven by a 35-year-old Tidewater woman that went off the road and down a 100-foot embankment in the curves. The woman said the crash occurred due to a mechanical issue with her vehicle. The driver, who was able to exit the vehicle, complained of minor leg pain but no medical transportation was needed. Deputies conducted field sobriety tests and determined that she was not impaired.
SATURDAY, APRIL 13
• 12:23 p.m. — Deputies arrested a 43-year-old Lebanon woman on a contempt of court warrant out of Sweet Home Municipal Court during a traffic stop near the intersection of Chapel Drive and South 19th Street.
