TUESDAY, JULY 9
• 12:24 a.m. — A deputy responded to a report of two Philomath residents who had gone missing while attempting to kayak the Luckiamute River from the Hoskins Road bridge to Kings Valley Highway. The two individuals, a 53-year-old woman and a 50-year-old woman, were located after sunrise.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 10
• 10:30 a.m. — A deputy responded to a report from a 40-year-old Corvallis woman about property that had been lost on Kings Valley Highway. The woman reported that her son’s baseball bag, which contained baseball gear, uniform, a video gaming console and other items, fell off her husband’s truck. The bag could not be found during an attempt to retrieve it.
FRIDAY, JULY 12
• 4:24 a.m. — A deputy responded to a report of a prowler at a Decker Road location south of Philomath. A 69-year-old woman reported that her neighbors were cutting her power lines and prying her deck boards apart. BCSO checked the area for the resident and the case was discontinued.
