MONDAY, OCT. 28

• 5:45 p.m. — BCSO responded to a report of a burglary at a vacant home located along Highway 34 near Philomath. The property owner, a 74-year-old Corvallis man, reported that it appeared that someone had broken into the house. He planned to follow up with BCSO regarding a list of items stolen.

MONDAY, NOV. 4

• 5:21 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 19-year-old Corvallis man on misdemeanor charges that included menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, reckless endangering and reckless driving following a response to a report of a domestic disturbance. The man and a 21-year-old Corvallis woman were driving west on Highway 20 near Philomath and he was later arrested and lodged at Benton County Jail.

FRIDAY, NOV. 8

• 4:48 p.m. — BCSO responded to a single-vehicle crash on Summit Highway just over a mile south of Summit that involved a collision with a deer. No injuries to the driver, a 49-year-old Otis woman, or other occupants of the vehicle were reported.

MONDAY, NOV. 11

• 3:33 p.m. — BCSO responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on Bellfountain Road just north of Llewellyn Road that involved a Honda Civic that left the roadway. The driver, a 19-year-old Harrisburg man, reportedly sustained minor injuries.

FRIDAY, NOV. 15

•12:22 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 64-year-old Sweet Home man on a warrant out of Lebanon for failure to appear in court during a response to a Philomath woman’s report of two suspicious males on her property on Botkin Road. The two men were trespassed from the property.
