TUESDAY, JAN. 27

• 8:34 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report of a hit-and-run at Timberlab along Highway 34 near Philomath. According to a report on the incident, a dually flatbed truck on Jan. 18 drove through the fence on the property and left the area.

MONDAY, FEB. 2

• 10:59 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report of stolen property from a residence on Woods Creek Road. A neighbor suspected by the victim denied any involvement with the missing items, which were tools with a value of $500.

TUESDAY, FEB. 3

• 2:24 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 48-year-old Philomath man in the 100 block of North 17th Street on a warrant for contempt of court. The man was transported to Benton County Jail.
