SUNDAY, AUG. 31
• 8:26 p.m. — BCSO arrested an 18-year-old Albany man on a misdemeanor charge of minor in possession of marijuana while driving following a traffic stop for speeding on Highway 20 near Blodgett. The responding deputy reported that prerolled marijuana joints and a large bong were seized. The man was also cited for driving 85 mph in a 55-mph zone.
MONDAY, SEPT. 8
• 10:34 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report of second-degree criminal trespass at a home on Maxfield Creek Road in Kings Valley involving a vehicle that drove up a resident’s driveway past posted “no trespassing” signs, took photographs and left. The resident sent photos of the vehicle to the responding deputy.
TUESDAY, SEPT. 9
• 8:03 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 55-year-old Lebanon man on a warrant for probation violation and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal trespass after he was found “squatting” at a vacant residence at a location on Evergreen Road. The man was issued citations in lieu of custody and left the location on his bicycle.
FRIDAY, SEPT. 12
• 9:23 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report of criminal mischief from the Federal Aviation Administration involving damage at its repeater site on Marys Peak. The damage was estimated at $500.
WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 17
• 9:20 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report of the theft of a small trailer being pulled behind a bicycle on Evergreen Road. The responding deputy contacted a 55-year-old Lebanon man who fit the description. The man was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of first-degree criminal trespass and on a warrant out of Lebanon Justice Court for failure to appear. He was cited and released.
THURSDAY, SEPT. 18
• 8:47 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Highway 20 about 3 miles east of Blodgett. The responding deputy contacted a 43-year-old woman from Wilmington, California, and issued a warning that she was trespassing on Starker Forest property. The driver loaded up her camp and left the scene.
SATURDAY, SEPT. 20
• 10:59 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 42-year-old Lebanon man on misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Highway 20 near its intersection with Davis Road. The deputy was initially dispatched to the scene for a report of a man who was standing partially in the road.
MONDAY, SEPT. 22
• 6:47 p.m. — BCSO arrested an 18-year-old Albany man on a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving during a traffic stop on Highway 20 near Priest Road. The man was stopped for driving 125 mph in a 55-mph zone.
