TUESDAY, JUNE 11
• 11:54 a.m. — A deputy responded to a two-vehicle crash on Highway 20 near Blodgett involving a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica van and a 2024 Subaru Outback. The drivers, a 70-year-old man and a 55-year-old man, were reportedly not injured. BCSO said the drivers exchanged information at the scene.
SUNDAY, JUNE 16
• 9:09 a.m. — A deputy responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 20 in the vicinity of the Kings Valley Highway turnoff involving a collision with a deer crossing the road. BCSO said the scene was processed and the driver, a 35-year-old Corvallis woman, was able to drive the vehicle, a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, from the scene.
FRIDAY, JUNE 21
• 1:40 a.m. — A deputy arrested a 53-year-old Philomath man during a traffic stop on Circle Boulevard in Corvallis on a warrant out of Philomath Municipal Court for failure to appear on a traffic offense. The man was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released.
SUNDAY, JUNE 23
• 10:16 a.m. — A deputy made contact with a 49-year-old Eugene man and a 48-year-old Eugene woman camping in a 2016 Dodge Challenger in the middle of a dirt road on private timber land on the South Fork Road. The couple was told they were not allowed to camp on the property and were directed to nearby campgrounds. The pair agreed to break camp and leave.
• 9:16 p.m. — A deputy responded to a report of criminal mischief at a Peterson Road residence. After speaking with those involved, BCSO determined that somebody had entered private property and attempted to ride a horse.
