THURSDAY, APRIL 3
• 3:45 p.m. — BCSO cited a 43-year-old Philomath man on a charge of livestock at large on Chicory Lane. According to a report, the man was cited for an ongoing issue of his goats running onto the neighbor’s property and eating their shrubbery.
FRIDAY, APRIL 4
• 8:15 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 46-year-old Albany man on warrants for contempt of court, failure to appear on a criminal citation and parole violation during a traffic stop on Highway 20 about 1 mile west of Philomath. He was transported to Linn County Jail.
FRIDAY, APRIL 11
• 6:56 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report of an attempted burglary at the Student Transportation of America bus lot west of Philomath. According to a report, sometime during the night, a sliding bay door was pried open. However, the suspect appears to have been scared away when an alarm likely sounded. No property appeared to be stolen.
