The Philomath School Board plans to meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in Philomath High School’s Community Conference Room for its regular monthly meeting with an agenda that includes a review of the district’s audit and a strategic planning discussion.
Also on the agenda for the Feb. 13 meeting, the board will review an unspecific parent request and listen to a report on Philomath Academy. Votes are scheduled on an alternative education program and the financial audit.
Time is also set aside to hear reports from the school superintendent, business manager, student government and the education associations.
Prior to the regular meeting, there will be a joint meeting with the Kings Valley Charter School’s board of directors beginning at 6 p.m. Updates and future collaborations are among the items expected to be discussed.
The Community Conference Room is located to the right inside the high school’s front entrance. Meetings are also streamed on the school district’s YouTube channel.
