Alyrica Networks, a Philomath-based internet service provider, is hosting a free digital safety training event scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14.
In partnership with ABC House, a nonprofit children’s advocacy organization, the 90- to 120-minute program is entitled “SafetyNet: Smart Cyber Choices.” Topics include cyberbullying, privacy, predators, sexting, plagiarism, computer security, identity theft, gaming, social networking and sex trafficking.
Alyrica set up online registration for the free event. The business is located at 526 N. 19th St.
