The Philomath All-Night Senior Party Committee issued a reminder for seniors to register for the June 11 event and also put out a renewed call for volunteers to help with planning and with various duties during the party.
The senior party, which is being offered for the 34th straight year, is scheduled for 10 p.m.-4:30 a.m. on June 11-12 at PHS. The fee for the party is $100. Scholarships are available to make sure anyone can attend (contact Dawnelle Davis at the PHS office). The fee covers food, entertainment and prizes.
Registration forms are available at the PHS front office.
The committee needs to make sure participating students are registered and that money is coming in from paid fees to help cover up-front costs, such as the various deposits related to activities, entertainment and rentals.
The committee continues to prepare for the party, including the gathering of pictures of seniors to be included in a slide show.
The group’s next meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. on April 11 in the PHS community room, which is accessible through the front doors and located across from the office. For those with questions about submitting senior photos or to volunteer, send an email to philomathseniorparty@gmail.com.
