The city of Philomath invites the community to a town hall event at 7 p.m. Thursday at Philomath City Hall to provide input related to consideration for allowing psilocybin services and manufacturing in Philomath, and, time, place and manner restrictions for where those activities might be allowed.
The Philomath City Council has debated the issue in recent weeks. Earlier this month, councilors approved the first reading of two psilocybin-related draft ordinances. A second-reading vote is anticipated at the council’s next meeting on Nov. 25.
