Death Follows Paralytic Stroke — Irving Egbert Dunaven passed away Saturday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ray Yocum, in the Plymouth neighborhood, his death following a stroke of paralysis on Thursday. Mr. Dunaven suffered a paralytic stroke in May of last year from which he had never entirely recovered. Mr. Dunaven was born March 28, 1849, and the funeral, held this afternoon from Bovee’s funeral parlors, occurred on the 72nd anniversary of his birth. Rev. J.P. Clyde officiated at the service today and interment  was in Newton cemetery. Deceased is survived by his widow and one daughter, Mrs. Yocum. A brother resides at Alpine.
