The Philomath Public Art Committee plans to meet Thursday for an agenda that includes continuing work on a vision for public art and discussion about the four art stops now on display through the Downtown Temporary Art Program.

The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Philomath City Hall and will be livestreamed on the city’s YouTube channel.

The committee will pick up its review of the draft Public Art Plan, which is intended to provide a roadmap for implementing and sustaining public art projects throughout Philomath while coordinating efforts among the city, community partners and artists. Members reviewed the first three sections of the draft earlier this year and recommended several changes.
