FRIDAY, APRIL 11

• No calls of public significance reported.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call at 9 p.m. (North Seventh Street).

SATURDAY, APRIL 12

• 1:53 p.m. — Firefighters performed a smoke investigation at Gellatly Way and Highway 34.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 3:43 a.m. (North 10th Street), 11:23 a.m. (Highway 34), 12:27 p.m. (North 19th Street) and 11:32 p.m. (South 30th Street).

SUNDAY, APRIL 13

• 5:11 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a fire along Highway 20 about 2 miles west of Philomath. A pile of wood debris was being burned in a legally permitted fire.

• 10:27 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a burn complaint in the 200 block of North 14th Street.

• 11:01 p.m. — Firefighters were requested by dispatch to respond to a small roadside fire along Highway 20. The fire department had been notified earlier in the day that legally permitted fire would be visible through the night and into the following day.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 7:21 a.m. (Maple Street), 10:04 a.m. (Peterson Road), 1:21 p.m. (Peterson Road) and 7:37 p.m. (Peterson Road).

MONDAY, APRIL 14

• 7:34 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a two-vehicle crash at Highway 20 and Highway 34. Although advised via dispatch that there were no injuries, EMS personnel were close to the scene and continued the response to check for fluids on the road. The occupants of both vehicles involved in the crash were out of their vehicles and denying any injuries. No fluids were coming from the vehicles. 

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 12:48 a.m. (Rosecrest Drive) and 8:15 p.m. (Rosecrest Drive).

TUESDAY, APRIL 15

• No calls of public significance reported.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 3:18 p.m. (Gellatly Way), 7:34 p.m. (Jade Place) and 10:02 p.m. (Newton Street).

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16

• 1:51 p.m. — Emergency medical services were dispatched to Main Street and South 20th Street based on a phone notification that had been received. The Philomath Police Department and Philomath Fire and Rescue personnel were unable to locate any incidents.

THURSDAY, APRIL 17
