OnPoint Community Credit Union gifted $5,000 recently to Maxtivity Arts and Crafts Creative Space, the Philomath-based nonprofit organization announced.

Louise-Annette Burgess, Maxtivity executive director, said the funding will go toward its summer camp program, ensuring that everyone has access to the opportunity by being able to offer a sliding scale.

“We are incredibly grateful to OnPoint Community Credit Union for their support and investment in our local nonprofit,” Burgess said through a press release. “This grant will make a significant difference in the accessibility of our summer camps and will make a positive impact, allowing equitable access to creative opportunities.”
