FRIDAY, APRIL 19

• 9:53 a.m. — Emergency medical services personnel responded to a two-vehicle crash at Highway 34 and Decker Road. No injuries were reported. For details, see the entry in the Benton County Sheriff’s Office log (published April 25).

• 1:03 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire in the 1100 block of Pioneer Street. Upon arrival, a small fire could be seen in the yard with no structure involved. A single engine company extinguished the fire.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 3:21 a.m. (Applegate Street), 11:11 a.m. (North Ninth Street), 5:49 p.m. (North 14th Street) and 6:13 p.m. (North Ninth Street).

SATURDAY, APRIL 20

• 4:51 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 6700 block of Southwest Winding Way, Corvallis.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 1:11 p.m. (North 11th Street) and 8:47 p.m. (Highway 34).

SUNDAY, APRIL 21

• No calls of public significance reported.

MONDAY, APRIL 22

TUESDAY, APRIL 23

• 2:44 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 600 block of Applegate Street.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24

• 9:07 a.m. — Firefighters conducted an odor investigation in the 2700 block of Newton Street.

• 10:07 a.m. — Firefighters moved into fire/medical standby mode at a location on South 15th Street.
