The Philomath Planning Commission plans to meet at 6 p.m. Monday at City Hall for an agenda that includes updates on code amendments, planning and building permits.
According to the meeting agenda, commissioners will receive the latest information on updates to the city’s development code. One part of the review will focus on residential code, the other on administration, commercial and industrial development code.
Also, updates on various planning efforts and building permit numbers will be reviewed.
For those not attending in person at City Hall, the meeting is scheduled to be livestreamed on the city’s YouTube channel.
