Good morning, Philomath.

Philomath High’s boys volleyball team is in its first season as an OSAA sanctioned sport and we have a preview. The school’s baseball team had a tough time in its opener while the softball team rolled on the road. The deadline to comment on a federal plan to expand logging on BLM lands is coming up. A local resident is asking for help to find the family’s blind dog, Blue. The Benton County Sheriff’s Office’s latest incidents and arrests are published in a weekly log.
