Good morning, Philomath.
The number of Eagle Scouts that we’ve had over the years in Philomath is impressive and the latest to reach that status is Liam Bennett, who participated in a Court of Honor ceremony this week. Philomath Fire and Rescue sent four firefighters and a brush engine to the East Evans Creek Fire in Jackson County. The city finalizes an agreement related to SDC liens on three foreclosure properties.
