Good morning, Philomath.

The Philomath City Council continued its discussions on hiking utility rates to make ends meet within the budget. Philomath High’s girls basketball team pulled out an impressive victory Thursday night over West Albany, however, the boys were not able to keep pace with the Bulldogs.
