VOLUME 6, NUMBER 264
Thursday, December 11, 2025
Good morning, Philomath.
Lucas Brandt, a junior on the PHS swim team, is doing something special with his skills in the pool. I caught up with him last night after the team’s home meet and also posted several photos from the competition in a photo gallery. I also stopped by a special event for Vietnam War era veterans and interviewed three Philomath residents. The BCSO Log includes an update on the body that was found in the Willamette River late last month. Plus, I posted a news item about a poaching incident that occurred in neighboring Lincoln County just in case there’s local interest. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
