Good afternoon. In the newsletter today: The Philomath Farmers’ Market has come a long way since bursting onto the local scene as a pilot project in 2020. Now in its fifth year, the market is getting ready for the first of 22 Sundays. Also, marimba music of Zimbabwe will be featured at Sunday’s Music in the Park and we have a sad but fascinating Mount Union Stories with a 6-year-old girl featured. Plus, Sen. Dick Anderson launches his re-election campaign. I covered state tennis yesterday and today and will have a full report and photo gallery posted tomorrow with a link in the Saturday newsletter.
Thanks for reading!
